Dive into the replicable urban logistics solutions developed and tested by our three lighthouse cities Bremen (Germany), Mechelen (Belgium), and Groningen (the Netherlands), in the new ULaaDS Replication Booklet.

Replication and scaling up have been key objectives within ULaaDS: it is crucial that other cities can benefit from the experiences, challenges, and practices of the Lighthouse cities. Replication, in the context of ULaaDS, was envisioned as the pathway towards the adoption of solutions by a wide range of cities, with four Satellite cities participating in the replication activities: Alba Iulia (Romania),
Bergen (Norway), Edinburgh (the UK), and Rome (Italy).

Participants from Lighthouse cities, Satellite cities, and project partners engaged in a three-year replication programme designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building. This programme aimed at evaluating the transferability potential of selected solutions.

At the end of the replication programme, the Satellite cities identified ULaaDS solutions that could be adapted and replicated within their own local contexts.
